Still Crazy After All These Years - Fingerstyle guitar arrangement

Still Crazy After All These Years - Fingerstyle guitar

Still Crazy After All These Years is the fourth solo studio album by Paul Simon. Please enjoy and share and visit my page DVDs/downloadable lessons if you are interested in buying my lessons!

Recorded in 1975, the album produced four U.S. Top 40 hits, "Gone at Last" (#23), "My Little Town" (#9, credited to Simon & Garfunkel), "50 Ways To Leave Your Lover" (#1) and the title track (#40). It won two Grammy Awards for Album of the Year and Best Male Pop Vocal Performance in 1976.

Although I have played this arrangement, more or less as-is, for years, I was reminded/inspired to make a video of it just now because of another song I posted just a few weeks ago, "Just the way you are", by Billy Joel, see herehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lwz-vf43n-8. Both songs have some interesting similarities, both are gorgeous sentimental 70's pop ballads by master songwriters/performers with amazing solos by two great, late sax players, Phil Woods and Michael Brecker. Also, a guitarist friend of mine, Taylor Roberts, posted a great arrangement of it a few weeks ago so it all came together. And finally, if you haven't noticed last week, this is my new beautiful guitar, the Bill Comins GCS-1.
